In the event that goods supplied by MELL were Incorrectly Ordered please contact our customer services team who will advise you further on the actions needed to resolve the problem.
In general our policy is as follows:
We are unable to accept the return of incorrectly ordered goods without prior agreement.
Should MELL agree to the return of product we reserve the right to levy a charge plus any carriage charges that have been incurred by ourselves. MELL cannot accept returns of product which have been adapted, or were produced against a specific project requirement i.e. "specials".
Please note:
MELL are unable to accept unsolicited returns.
